Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel your appointment, please call to inform us 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid being charged 50% of the scheduled services. Please be aware that we require a credit card number to be kept on file for all our clients.

Credit Card Reminders
We cannot add gratuity to credit cards. Moreover, due to high debit and credit card processing costs, Vibe Hair Studio will charge an additional 4% fee for all card purchases. Thank you for your understanding.
